We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Veltech. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the item is in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don't forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you encounter any technical issues with your purchase, please feel free to contact us at sales@veltech.uk. We are happy to assist you in resolving any problems. Additionally, if you decide to return the item, rest assured that we will guide you through a smooth and hassle-free process.

To initiate a return, reach out to us at sales@veltech.uk. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
For damaged or defective items, or if you receive the wrong product, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest process is to return the item you have, and upon acceptance, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same conditions apply: the item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at sales@veltech.uk for further assistance.
